    Whether you are repairing a fence, a roof, or any other galvanized surface, our product is the perfect solution to keep it looking like new.     Ideal to protect:

    Pretreatment

    Completely remove red rust and mill scale from the steel surface using sand blast, shot blast, or pickling. In addition, if oil, dust, moisture, etc. adhere, the adhesion of the coating agent deteriorates, so degrease and dry thoroughly.

    Spray method (Aerosol)

    • Before spraying, shake well for about 1 minute until beads sound.
    • Spray evenly on the pre-treated surface.
    • It is recommended to apply about 30cm away from the application surface.
    • Applying thinly several times is more effective than applying thickly at once.

    Note: When storing after use, be sure to invert the container and spray until the liquid does not come out before storing. This prevents the liquid from clogging and not coming out.

    Air gun method (Liquid)

    • Spray evenly on the pre-treated surface in the same way as general paint.
    • Method by brush (Bulk product)
    • Apply evenly on the pre-treated surface.
    • Apply in one direction to avoid brush marks.
    • Be sure to stir well before use.
    • When painting for a long time, zinc powder is precipitated, so shake well from time to time to make it even.
    • Do not use directly in an acidic or alkaline atmosphere or where acid is wet. (In this case, apply chemical-resistant paint as the top coat)
    • When there is a heating facility process, it is used as a baking type primer by heating and drying at 100℃ for more than 20 minutes.
    • If you need to leave the aerosol can without using it for a long time after using it partly, turn the container upside down and spray until the liquid does not come out so that the nozzle is not clogged.
    • Spray avoid direct contact with food or face, and do not inhale or eat.
    • Keep out of reach of children.
    • Handle only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

     

    Observe the following precautions as it is dangerous as a flammable product using high-pressure gas.

    1. Do not use toward an open flame.
    2. Do not use near fire such as a stove or stove.
    3. Do not use indoors where there is fire.
    4. Do not store in a place where the temperature exceeds 40℃.
    5. Be sure to ventilate after using in a closed room.
    6. Do not throw in fire.
    7. After use, make sure there is no residual gas and throw it away.
    8. Do not store in an enclosed area.
    9. The spraying condition may not be good when the temperature is below 5℃.
